Refund policy

We hope you love your new item from us, but if you are not fully happy, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of size.

All items must be returned in their original condition; unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.

When trying on for size please ensure it is done inside on a clean dog.
